Service Agreement terms

Thanks for choosing Drive Fresh for your car cleaning. We promise to take the upmost care of your vehicle. Please see below for important information regarding our terms of service and some general information you should be aware of. 

The services we provide are as follows: 

Interior detail:

Add-ons available for extra cost:

Our full interior detail is designed to leave your vehicle in spectacular condition however if you would like to purchase additional add-ons to increase your value you can do so with the add-ons mentioned below. 

Additionally, In some cases if the vehicle is dirty beyond what we consider reasonable we will charge an extra dirty fee of $50. This is however only the case in extreme situations. 

Services we DON'T provide

Service Guarantee

Our goal is complete satisfaction of every single customer. Due to the nature of cleaning vehicles and the uniqueness of every vehicle there will be times in which we may forget things or miss certain areas. If there is a case where we need to come back and service areas that were missed or not up to standard we will do so as long as they are in the scope of what we offer/what add-ons were selected at the time of service.

We do provide before and after photos to ensure all damage is accounted for before we start work however if you think one of our technicians have caused any damage to your vehicle please inform us via email or phone including photos and we will figure out a resolution. 

Membership Terms

*If membership services are canceled before completing 3 services simply pay the difference between the first months payment and the one-time service cost.

Members are allowed to rotate vehicles which get serviced however we reserve the right to charge an additional $25 Per vehicle that gets rotated based off of dirtiness level.  

Service Terms

We reserve the right to charge appointment reschedule/cancellation fees. 

Our business hours are Mon – Sat (8:00am – 5:00pm)

We operate on a tight schedule and therefore cannot guarantee we will arrive at the exact specified time, please provide us a 1 hour window before and after for service.
